Nettohome Announces Car Smartphone Mounts Can Save Lives

Recent driver survey shows many are not driving hands free.

Young people are especially not heeding the warning signs. A recently released survey of 2000 drivers indicated that almost ten percent of drivers use social media and video chatting while driving. Almost twenty percent indicated that they look or posted on social media while driving, and almost forty percent said they used e-mail because they felt they would miss something important. All the survey drivers owned Smartphones, and the survey included driving, stopped at a traffic light or in motion as driving.

This survey is disturbing as approximately twenty five percent of the traumatic accidents involve distracted drivers, and other surveys indicate teenagers are more likely to be killed while distracted driving as opposed to drunk driving.

Nettohome looks to help fix the alarming statistics with the universal mobile phone windshield suction cup holder that allows business people, commuters, housewives and students (all drivers) to use a Smartphone to make and take calls, or use other video calling apps like whatsapp, skype, or navigation apps safely.

The survey appears to show people using texting device apps like Twitter, Snap Chat, or texting and reading e-mails while driving is not ebbing.

Nettohome’s magnetic Smartphone dashboard/windshield mount can be used safely and effectively and can save lives. This survey didn't indicate if the driver was using a hands free device, which means that the surveyed drivers were most likely looking at their phone and not looking at the road at all. This is clearly very dangerous, and this is why hands free driving laws are in effect in 36 States.

Nettohome windshield/dashboard car stand is designed for legal and safe hands free driving. Mobile phone users can see more of Netthome's products via nettohomeonline on facebook or type in Nettohome via Amazon or youtube search.
