Municipal Transit Agencies have fake cameras to lower
expenses.
There are real issues that require monitoring. Recently BART(Bay Area Rapid Transit) and train system that carries passengers all over the

The transit authority indicated that many of the security

criminals. This program was set up to save money on expensive equipment
according to the BART authorities. Authorities indicated that to date there is a
10% drop in crime on the train due to the decoy cameras and the public's

use a fake camera when a real camera is not necessary. The company said that a
